Wishing you a Safe and Happy Holiday Season this year!

Water Plant Generator
The new generator is in place and running at the City's water plant completing the Water System Improvements project. The generator will start working during power outages and will help in conservation of the city's water so that your water supply will not be interrupted during these times.

Water Staff
Walt Collier will be retiring soon after training of a new employee. We will all miss Walt but during this transition the City of Idanha asks in your patience with any inconsistencies in your water bills and ask that if you notice any unusual changes that you contact the water department at City Hall please. Your cooperation and patience will be much appreciated.

Access Channel Ads
With the upcoming Holiday Season if you would like to wish your community a Happy Holiday Season, say thanks to friends, family, neighbors or local businesses there are personal ads available for a low cost of $3.50 a week on the local cable access channel. Remember that personal ads are always available for Birthday's, Anniversaries, etc. For more information contact Tina Clark at Idanha City Hall at (503) 854-3313.
NeighborHood Watch
Remember that the City of Idanha is working with both Marion and Linn County to keep our community safe. So we urge the residents to keep an eye on neighbor's property, if any suspicious situation arises or anything out of the ordinary and if you have concerns, contact City Hall at (503) 854-3313, Marion County Sheriff's Department at (503) 588-5032, or Linn County Sheriff's Department at (800) 884-3911.

Winter Season is Here
The City wants to remind residents not to park on the street or roadways that snowplows need to access this winter. Any roads that are blocked will not be plowed. In the case of major storms if help is needed, please contact City Hall or any of the City Council Members.

Just a reminder
It is important not to disturb Or remove any trees or vegetation while fishing, hiking or recreating near the rivers. This can cause setbacks with temperatures and erosion control which can cause problems with the Bacteria Mercury Temperatures in the water.
